The project

2010 - 5 months

Working within an established production team full of senior stakeholders, I was brought in to help plan and design the new Showtime Anytime online resource for Showtime’s subscribers. This was to include templates and full interactive guidance for the complete catalogue of Showtime’s offerings to minimise maintenance efforts.

Functionality included: video playback, login, subscription information, searching, and a personalised list functionality.

The process

As the UX lead, the main deliverables along the way included:

  • Requirements gathering

  • Comprehensive content audit of the different types of content to be uploaded

  • Sitemap

  • Workflows

  • A full set of wireframes to be used for visual design

  • Review and updates of wireframes based on feedback from stakeholders across the wider company

  • Interaction feedback and guidance for developers

  • Error management recommendations
